Editorial Policy

Editorial PolicyLast updated: September 14, 2026

Our goal is to publish useful, understandable guides without pretending to be an employer, government office, or immigration adviser.

Primary sources first

For material claims about visa rules, fees, legal requirements, official programs, and government procedures, we prefer the responsible government authority. For employment information, we prefer the employer’s own careers page or a reputable job platform and avoid presenting an expired or unverified vacancy as currently available.

Freshness and dates

Immigration rules and vacancies can change quickly. Articles should show a meaningful publication or update date and should be reviewed when important rules change. Time-sensitive claims should not use “today,” “last chance,” “real job,” or similar urgency unless the supporting source is current and the wording remains accurate.

Headlines and calls to action

Headlines and buttons should describe what the reader will actually find. We avoid guaranteed employment, guaranteed visa approval, unsupported salary claims, fake local job counts, and buttons that imply an ad is an official application link.

Corrections

When we learn that a material statement is inaccurate or outdated, we aim to correct, update, qualify, or remove it. Readers can report issues through our Contact page.

Advertising separation

Advertising may fund the site, but ads should remain distinguishable from navigation, editorial buttons, application links, and interactive tools. Advertisers do not receive a guarantee of favorable editorial coverage.

Information and guidance — not direct employment or immigration services

Guide Travel explains job-search methods, visa and immigration pathways, study options and travel requirements. We are not an employer, recruitment agency, immigration authority or government office. We research government portals, official program pages, employer websites and other primary sources where possible. Vacancies, eligibility rules, fees and deadlines can change, so always verify important details with the official source before applying, paying a fee or making travel decisions.
